Bed & Breakfast in Trout Lake, Washington

Located at the base of the majestic Mt Adams volcano in Trout Lake, Washington, this Bed & Breakfast is sure to offer all that your heart desires. Part of the Trout Lake Abbey’s spiritual retreat center, the Bed & Breakfast can accommodate your lodging needs. Whether you are just looking for a personal retreat, on family vacation, or attending one of our many spiritual events, the rooms and main house will feel like you finally arrived home. 

Our B&B rooms are not ADA compliant at this time, but we are working to increase accessibility. All of our B&B rooms are upstairs.

The Stoller

The Stoller suite has a King size bed, a private bath with a large soaking tub and a view of Mt. Adams. The bed is a split king Sleep Number with independent up / down adjustment as well as firmness selections.

The Woman

The Woman Room contains a queen bed, a spectacular view of Mt. Adams and shares a jack & jill style bathroom with The Man Room.

The Man

The Man room contains two single beds, a view of Mt. Adams and shares a jack & jill style bathroom with The Woman Room.

The Garden

The Garden room has a full size bed, a view overlooking our vegetable and herb gardens and an adjacent bathroom in the hallway.

The Bunk

The Bunk room has a full bed with a single bed on top. The windows overlook our gardens and the bathroom is located next door in the hallway.

The Hostel

The Hostel is a large room with 4 bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 individuals. There is a bathroom with a shower located inside the room. Windows overlook both the gardens and Mt. Adams with a small deck with seating on the mountain view side.

General Information

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Checkout is 11 AM. If you need to make special arrangements for early or later check-in, please let us know ahead of time.

  • B&B stays are subject to a 2-night minimum.

  • Room rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 7.5%). Prices quoted are per night, double adult occupancy. The Stoller is the only room that can accommodate an extra adult person for an additional charge of $25.00. 

  • Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check, or cash.

  • Well-behaved children are welcome. The house and grounds are not childproof, so notice is given to parents of particularly curious or active children

  • We regretfully do not allow pets.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

TLA INDIVIDUAL ROOM RESERVATIONS

Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation with at least 14 days notice, your payment is refundable less a $25.00 handling fee. With less than 7 days notice, 1/2 of the total cost less the $25 handling fee, will be refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.

  • Organic, non-toxic, and sustainable bedding, flooring, cleaning agents are used throughout our property

  • Wi Fi is provided free throughout the property

  • Farm-fresh eggs, granola, oatmeal, fruit, and breads for breakfast; gluten free toast is available upon request

  • Lots of wonderful scenic walks, including our Cretan Labyrinth

  • Kayaking, rafting, hiking, the Pacific Crest Trail, old forests, and nature walks nearby

  • Clean and natural glacier water – some of the best in the USA

  • Fresh mountain air

B & B Rules

  • No smoking in the building or within 50 feet of any doorway

  • Please use our soaps and shampoos – in order to help protect our water-table, we do not allow any non–organic products to be used in our facility

  • No music in the sleeping area or around other individuals

  • No drugs or intoxicated behavior at any time

  • Unless specifically requested, all meals provided are ovo-lacto vegetarian (this does not include catered retreats) 

  • No loud voices or yelling

  • We regretfully do not allow pets
