SUMMARY:The People's Yoga - Bloom Retreat 2024
DESCRIPTION:BLOOM RETREAT\nWITH LINNEA SOLVEIG\n\nBLOOM: A retreat to immerse in the creativity and playfulness of spring \nJoin Linnea at the height of spring\, under the full moon for a three day retreat at Trout Lake Abbey. Each day will include both an active hatha and a quiet yin practice\, led in Linnea’s unique and playful style. In addition to yoga\, Linnea will offer guided art projects that will invite participants to explore drawing or painting and investigate visual art as a pathway for reflection and discovery. Both the movement and art practices will be welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
