DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED\nMetta\, Metta\, Metta – Loving kindness visited and revisited.\nThe retreat will include Dharma talks\, meeting with a teacher\, meditation (walking\, moving and sitting)\, and Forest bathing on the last day (Shinrin-Yoku).\nLearn about and practice different meditation styles including:\n\nSitting meditation\nWalking meditation\nShinrin-yoku\n14 step moving mediation\nMeditating on Metta (loving kindness)\nMeditating on gratitude\nand others…\n\nMeditation is a core part of all Buddhist practice and serves to calm the mind\, increase our physical and mental wellbeing\, and to see things as they really are.  All this leads to a life of compassion towards ourselves and to others.  Imagine a world in which all are guided by compassion.  This is a step you can take towards that end.   \nThis retreat is open to all.  You do not have to “be a Buddhist” to benefit from meditation.  Please do consider coming.   \n\nREGISTER HERE\n\nNot a local?
