You may rent the whole facility with meeting rooms and a commercial kitchen for retreats or individual rooms in our B&B.

Our facility is primarily for spiritual retreat. We encourage guests to attend morning meditation at the Mt. Adams Zen Center or the ADF ceremonies both located on the property.
Special Event and Holiday weekends are subject to a 2-night minimum.
Room rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 7%). Prices quoted are per night, double adult occupancy. The Stoller is the only room that can accommodate an extra adult person for an additional charge of $25.00.

Reservations are accepted only when deposit of 2 night’s lodging is prepaid via the above listed methods. (See Cancellation Policy below)
Well-behaved children over age 10 are welcome. The house and grounds are not childproof, so notice is given to parents of particularly curious or active children.
We regretfully do not allow pets
Check-in is from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. If you need to make special arrangements for early or later check-in, please let us know ahead of time.
Checkout is 11 AM.

Lots of wonderful scenic walks, including our Walking Labyrinth
Kayaking, rafting, hiking, the Pacific Crest Trail, old forests, and nature walks nearby

No smoking in the building or within 50 feet of any doorway
Please use our soaps and shampoos – in order to help protect our water-table, we do not allow any non–organic products to be used in our facility
No music in the sleeping area or around other individuals
No drugs or intoxicated behavior at any time
Unless specifically requested, all meals are ovo-lacto vegetarian

Parties of 10 or more require event insurance. Two recommendations for this insurance are:
Your payment is refundable less a small (5%) handling fee, with at least 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation. There is a no refund for cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice unless the room is re-booked, and then the cancellation fee is waived and the payment is refunded less a small (5%) handling fee. A no-show will also be charged the full amount, with no refund. It may not be possible for us to fill the room(s) at such short notice and we may have already turned business away.
